Amongst all the holiday season hullabaloo, the people behind lowfare airline tickets one of the biggest music festivals in North America released the list of bands for the St. Petersburg stop of the 16th annual Vans Warped lowfare airline tickets Tour . As of New Year's Eve there were 49 acts named for the event and, as always, there is a little something on the list for everyone...well almost everyone. While there is no shortage of drool-worthy, powerpop and pop punk pretty boys and girls, a good amount of hardcore and screamo, and some awesome Warped Tour veterans, the softer side of the alternative scene is a little underrepresented. Nevertheless, if you have attended Warped in the past couple of years, you'll know what to expect.
After missing last year, I am very much anticipating my triumphant return for my 10th Warped Tour. Some of the great acts we have to look forward to are: Bring Me the Horizon , Emarosa, Ace Enders (this one I am personally super pumped about!), Mayday Parade , Every Time I Die , and Tampa area sweethearts lowfare airline tickets VersaEmerge and We the Kings (hailing from Port St. Lucie and Brandenton respectively). Also, there are a few Warped veterans on this year's tour including: Reel Big Fish , The Casualties , Andrew W.K. and Sum 41 . For a complete list click here .
While full details of everything we can expect out of Mr. Lyman and his team this year have not been fully released, they never fail to bring it hard every summer and coming off an amazing lowfare airline tickets 15th anniversary blowout last year I am sure the Vans Warped Tour machine will show no signs of slowing down in 2010.
