The tour, U2 s first stadium tour since the Vertigo tour three years ago promotes their latest album, No Line on the Horizon , which was released at the beginning of March. No Line on the Horizon is U2 s twelfth studio album and the first since, How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb in 2004.
U2 s record company made concerted efforts to keep the album secret until release.
