Yesterday (13 September), Justin Bieber had a few drinks in the hotel bar and then popped outside to see his fans for pictures with and was offered a few gifts. Beliebers started to swarm round him so they were asked to move back and get into an orderly street map of downtown los angeles line. Due to the fans excitement they started to swarm around him again so Justin went back inside.
