Our Miami Based Client is looking for an English speaking IT support engineer check continental airline flight to join their already well established IT Support team rolled out across a multitude of cruise ships. You will be providing 2nd line Infrastructure check continental airline flight support on Microsoft platforms to both internal users as well as external clients. You will have previous experience working within Microsoft Windows 2000 / 2003 environments supporting users on a variety of IT issues. Your day to day tasks will see you managing, maintaining and upgrading customer network infrastructures including laptops / desktops / server / network devices, software and hardware support. From time to time you will be required to stay over in port to join another cruise ship to help and implement. The role will be exceptionally rewarding check continental airline flight as you will get the chance to travel and work in a cutting edge modern IT environment where no two days will be the same. Due to the high level of customer interaction excellent English communication skills check continental airline flight are a must and any experience working for an IT outsourcer would be a major advantage but not essential.
