Let me start by saying that as a company, I think Hertz is one of the better car rental companies out there and is certainly the car rental company that I choose to use whenever chicago dinner cruise I need to hire a car. Unfortunately, I have had the misfortune of renting a car from the Miami International Airport branch of Hertz too many times, and there seems to have been some problem with the rental on almost every occasion.
The rental area at Miami Airport is away from the main airport and is reached by a Hertz shuttle. These do run reasonably chicago dinner cruise regularly, and I have never had to wait more than ten minutes for a shuttle to come around. Sometimes the drivers are super helpful and will actually help you lift your luggage onto the shuttle. Other times they will get out of the shuttle and stand next to the open door whilst passengers maneuver their luggage by themselves. This is not a big point, but when you see women struggling up the steps of the shuttle with no help, you kind of feel that they would step in to help or else stay in the drivers seat to make the point that they are not there to help. To stand next to the door and watch, less than six inches away kind of feels like they are deliberately doing so.
Once you get to the rental area, you are meant to look for your name on the board to see the corresponding bay where your rental car is located. It is not uncommon to get there and find that your name is not on the board. When you go to the manual counter and ask, again it is not uncommon to find that your booking has been deleted because they "thought you were not going to turn up". At which point, they tell you they gave your car to someone else (more likely the real reason) and that you'll have to wait while they find you something else.
Another frequent problem I have encountered is problems with the car once you have left the car park. Frequently, I have driven out of Miami onto one of the Interstates, and either had a radio that doesn't chicago dinner cruise work or there is a strange knocking noise coming from under the car. I can tell you that when you have embarked on a trip of more than a hundred miles, with very limited ability to stop at service stations, and combined with driving late at night, chicago dinner cruise having no radio to keep you awake, or having an unexplained knocking chicago dinner cruise sound, can be quite difficult, to say the least!
